Your drawings are not analytics data.
Caliboard separates product telemetry from the content you create.
Workspace data
You must sign in before creating, editing, or saving plans and whiteboards. Account information, plan data, and board data are stored in the configured Supabase project and scoped to your Caliboard account.
Google sign-in data
If you choose Google sign-in, Caliboard uses Google’s OpenID Connect sign-in information—your Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile image when provided—to create and authenticate your Caliboard account. Caliboard does not request access to Google Drive, Gmail, Contacts, Calendar, or other Google APIs, and it does not sell Google account data or use it for advertising. Authentication data is processed by Supabase on Caliboard’s behalf and is used only to provide account access and workspace features.
Optional analytics
Product analytics are disabled until you choose to allow them. If enabled, Caliboard sends a small set of named workflow events to an EU-hosted PostHog project. It does not enable session replay or automatic click capture.
Data deliberately excluded
Analytics events must not contain board content, plan text, titles, email addresses, access tokens, URLs, search queries, filenames, or other free-form user input.
Your choice
Use the “Privacy choices” footer link or Workspace menu to grant or withdraw analytics consent here. Analytics code loads only after you opt in in this browser. Withdrawing consent stops collection and clears optional Caliboard analytics identity and storage. Your account and saved plans remain available.
